ayup buddy hows tricks?? shoulder is good good mate am pretty much back to where i was last year Smile going to les arcs and les deux in 4 weeks... will is going les gets for 2months next week if thats any help?

ah yes the shoulder im the proud owner of whats commonly known as a botched surgery chief! going in again nxt week to have the plates removed an then back to square one!! thinking of buying a roadie to be honest Frown
